Not much any more. The whole new system of paying nurses is complicated and completely useless. Basically the theory is that you get paid more for more qualifications/specialties/responsibilit鈥?but it doesn't work in p[ractice. One dermatologist could be on a different wage than the next and two nurses with the same qualifications could be getting different salaries in different trusts. Some specialties are critical care nurses, er nurses, intensive care, etc. Dermatology is generally not one where increased skills are necessary. So the salary is probably just average. There aren't many life and death acne cases.
