I have a lot of acne and acne scars and want to see a dermatologist. Last time I went to my doctor she just prescribed me Benzaclin which didn't work for me at all. Do I have to go see her again or can I go straight to a dermatologist? Or do you recommend that I visit my doctor again and see what she prescribes for me this time?

Nope! you can just go straight to one but i recommend doing research first. Find the best local dermatologist that your insurance covers. Ask around and see who got good results!
