You don't need you parents go to your local free clinic or your school nurse they can make it mandatory, but ummm i think its just dirt wash your head!Please help!! How do I get my parents to take me to the dermatologist?!?
I'm sure that financial reasons are behind their not wanting to take you to the doctor, especially because, in all likelihood, the spot is not dangerous to your health (although it's hurting your self image). Why not put up a pic of it on the YA site, and we'll see if we can help you out?
