Is there anything a dermatologist/doctor can do for Overly-excessive sebum production?

I'm not talking about having some oil because of going through puberty, i mean excessive. I just did my 3rd course of accutane, am a 24 yr. old male, and as soon as i finished, once again I'm breaking out on my scalp, face, little bit on my chest, and am extremely oily. There has got to be something wrong with me and an answer, because the ';cure'; definitely didn't work.Is there anything a dermatologist/doctor can do for Overly-excessive sebum production?
What the skin needs is a treatment that clears pores and kills bacteria, thus preventing hair follicles from clogging and turning into acne. This is what you should be looking for if you want to get rid of those ugly acne.

Before trying any treatment, I suggest you read this informational source that listed the most effective acne treatments available:

P.S. I also know someone who used to suffer from severe acne for 14 YEARS and finally got rid of it completely. She's sharing her story at her site:

Maybe you could learn from her inspirational story

I'm going to assume you are an athlete...soccer maybe?

Anyway shower regularly. Use a soap that melts easily and contains no deodorants, colors or perfumes. If the bar doesn't melt easily it may contain wax which will clog your pores.

You can try all the drugs you want from the Dr. But I suggest finding an empty bottle and filling it half with lemon juice and half water. Get into your Mom's spices and dump some rosemary into it also. Leave the solution on until it dries and then rinse with warm water using a washcloth to exfoliate. Don't use those Buff-puffs. they scratch your skin.

As you get used to using this solution start using more juice and less water until you are only using pure juice and rosemary. Your skin may still seem a bit oily, which is fine for moisture, but the acne should go away.

As with most natural remedies, it may take some time to see the results, but hang in there! It's much better than damaging your liver with drugs!
