ThanksHow many years to become a dermatologist in UK?!?
You'll need to qualify as a doctor a then specialise. You'll need to take a Medicine degree, typically you'll need AAB at A-level, including chemistry and one other science subject.

Your degree will take 5-6 years. When you qualify, you'll need to do at least 3 years of general hospital work. After this you can consider entering for the MRCP, which is an exam you need to pass before you can specialise. Most people fail, and take several tries before they pass.

So, it would typically take around 8-12 years for someone to begin to specialise in dermatology, then they'll begin training to become a consultant. Are you certain this is really what you want? It'll be very hard work. How many years to become a dermatologist in UK?!?
Dermatologists are Doctors.

You need to go to University and study Medicine.

To get into Medicine you best do any 3 of the following A levels - Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English.

You need at least AAB/AAA aswell as alot more under your belt in terms of extra-curricullar activities/work experience etc.
^ first answer was totally correct!

Go for it and do it whilst you can because most universities only accept ';first time'; passes so you only really get once chance. Do it! because if I could turn back time I would have studied medicine.
