Is there a dermatologist that still prescribes generic form isotretinoin/ Claravis? for acne in NYC?

I know Accutane was pulled from the market this summer but the generic forms of isotretinoin like Claravis, Sotret are still available but due to the new iPledge program many dermatologists do not prescribe it no more and its very difficult to find but the best prescription out there for acne. Does anyone know of a derm in the city that I can go to???Is there a dermatologist that still prescribes generic form isotretinoin/ Claravis? for acne in NYC?
The cheapest way to fight acne.

Your acne is cause by your oily skin. Bacteria loves oily skin. Wash your face three times a day with only warm water. If you don't have access to a sink, use a tissue paper to dry your skin (gently patting it on your skin to soak up all the oil).

For spot treatments, wash (with only warm water) and dry your face then use an unscented alcohol base hand sanitizer (like germ-x) on the spot.
